Attention Estates owners,

We don't have anyone on our Architectural Control Committee from the Estates. It would be beneficial to have your perspective as the committee makes decisions and monitors compliance. Please contact Committee Chair Morton Cordell or me if you are interested in serving.  Attached is the committee charter and the roles and responsibilities of committee members.

Also, now that there is an effort to restore the plants that died during the water restrictions, please fill out a work order either online or stop by the corporation yard if you have plants in your yard that need replacing.
